radiator x ist ein internationales Kunstradio-Format auf radio x, das in Zusammenarbeit mit dem bzw. als Beitrag für das Kunstradio-Netzwerk radia.fm produziert wird.
radiator x sendet wöchentlich eine Stunde auf radio x, wobei jede Sendung aus zwei Teilen besteht. Das jeweils aktuelle, von den beteiligten Radios im Wechsel gestaltete radia-Programm wird entweder mit einer eigenen Produktion oder mit einer Sendung aus dem radia-Archiv kombiniert. Eigenproduktionen werden in die radia-Rotation eingespeist und dort etwa alle 12 Wochen von allen beteiligten Stationen (siehe unten) ausgestrahlt.
Ausstrahlungstermine in der radia-Rotation sind dem Programmkalender von radia zu entnehmen.
radiator x wird von GUNST produziert.
Radio- und KlangkünstlerInnen, die Interesse an einer Zusammenarbeit haben, einzelne Stücke beitragen oder eigene radiator-Sendungen produzieren wollen, sind willkommen. radiator x is an international art radio format on radio x produced in cooperation with and as contribution to radia.fm art radio network.
radiator x has a weekly one hour slot on radio x frankfurt am main.
each show consists of two parts: the current radia program, produced in rotation by one of the partner stations, is joined either by a radiator x-production or by a radia show from the radia archives. in-house productions become part of the radia art radio rotation to be broadcasted approximately every 12 weeks by all participating stations (see below).

radiator x is hosted and produced by GUNST.

zunächst etwas unfreiwillig, insofern slobodan kajkut das radia-format absichtsvoll stutzt, so dass es im nachhinein noch eine verlängerung braucht.
im anschluss jedoch als erprobte strategie - wobei abkürzungen durchaus eine unvorhergesehene eigendynamik entwickeln koennen.
was den "too/two short cuts" gemeinsam ist: in beiden fällen wird zeit gebeugt und transformiert.

first they come undesired. slobodan kajkut does a short cut for radio. however, his piece is too short. thus we'll need some time fill the gap.
but then there are also short cuts we're longing for. as those we happily found in bratislava.
